Program Policies & Guidelines Agreement

Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement

1. Assumption of Risks: I understand that participation in this program involves certain risks and hazards, including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and other dangers associated with group activities. I voluntarily assume all such risks and hazards for myself. 2. Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Second Nature Arts, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, and costs, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Craft Club by Second Nature Arts. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, and costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Craft Club by Second Nature Arts. 4. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
