Second Nature Arts: Workshop Policies

Health & Wellness
Illness: Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our participants. Please refrain from attending and/or sending your child to a program if you/they exhibit any symptoms of illness, such as a cold, flu, fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, etc., or if you/they have had a fever in the previous 24 hours. In addition, participants with lice should remain home until treated and are lice free. Parents/guardians of children who become ill during a program will be called and asked to pick up their child.

Nut-free: As we have participants with allergies and our hosting venue is nut-free, we appreciate you only bringing nut-free snacks/food with you/your child.

Refunds & Cancellations
Unless alternate terms are mutually agreed upon in writing, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

A request to cancel a scheduled program must be made in writing via email. If notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the program, no cancellation fee will be incurred and a full refund will be issued for any payment received. For less than 30 days notice of cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:

15-30 days: 50% of the program fee.
7-14 days: 75% of the program fee.
0-6 days: 100% of the program fee.

*Please note: If cancellation is due to extreme inclement weather we will work with you to reschedule your program within 60 days of the planned program.

Photography & Videography Media
When possible, we document our programs so that we can share what we do via social media, on our website, via emails as well as for marketing purposes. We will never share the name of participants unless we receive permission to do so from a parent/guardian. As such, Second Nature Arts reserves the right to take photographs and/or video of programs for promotional use. If you prefer your child not be photographed or videotaped, please email info@secondnaturearts.org.
